Welcome to my website.

I help hard-working people like you, free up your time and feel more in balance, enabling you to experience a more fulfilling and conscious way of living.

The ever-changing times we live in with all the technological advances, the diverse possibilities to entertain ourselves, and the multiple choices we have is, simply put, too much information. Too much for us to process, which results in us getting out of balance, and becoming less connected with ourselves, and with others.

Many years ago I realised I wasn’t the only one who felt like they couldn’t keep up with this fast-paced way of life. I thought about other people, also feeling overwhelmed and stressed from all the excess information and time pressures, and somehow never having time for themselves.

Around 2016 I started reaching out and connecting with others, to exchange knowledge that we’d gained. I got to share what I’d experienced and to show others that there is an alternative to what we’ve all accepted as the new way of life.

I’m a certified coach specialising in a slow-living and digital minimalism mindset. My role is guiding you, as you take the steps to bring positive changes in your life. To help you realign with yourself and help identify the work that needs doing, so you can start living a more connected and slower-paced life.

I help people move from ‘I never have any time’, to ‘What shall I choose to do this evening?’

I offer one-to-one coaching consultations, teach yoga lessons, and facilitate a range of different workshops focusing on yoga, animal communication and energy therapy for animals.

I have a (just shy of thirty years) background in healthcare as a specialist nurse, working part-time. My thirst for knowledge has taken me on many pursuits over the years, having always followed my heart for what I’m passionate about. I’m also a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher and reiki practitioner.

When I’m not enjoying the outdoors you’ll find me writing, reading, or creating something. I live just outside of Amsterdam with my partner, and geriatric beagle, enjoying life and the little moments.
